/ANIM/SHELL/EPSP - Plastic Strain in a Shell Element Layer

Description

Generates animation files containing plastic strain as function of a shell element integration point.

Format

/ANIM/SHELL/EPSP/Keyword4/Keyword5

Data

Description

Keyword4

Output location:

N - Layer number N

UPPER - Upper layer

LOWER - Lower layer (number of integration point is equal to one)

ALL - All the layers

Keyword5

Output location:

NIP – Number of integration points through layer, N (Comment 2)

ALL - All the integration points (NIP) through the layer, N

UPPER - Upper integration point (NIP) of the upper layer, N

LOWER - Lower integration point (NIP) of the lower layer, N (number of integration point is equal to one)

Comments

1.In case of BATOZ shell element, the value is the average value of the Gauss points in the layer.
2.This option is available only if Keyword4=N (for each defined layer N allows to compute plastic strain within each integration point NIP of layer N). This option is only available for property set 51 (/PROP/TYPE51 with multiple integration points through each layer).

Nevertheless, Keyword4=ALL combined with Keyword5=ALL is allowed.
