Defines Bulk Format data to be used as the conversion data for RADIOSS material data (/MAT) into the intermediate OptiStruct input file during Design Optimization.

title	Material title (Character, maximum 100 characters)
Bulk Format Data	Bulk Format Data to be used as the conversion data for RADIOSS material data (/MAT) into the intermediate OptiStruct input file.

The RADIOSS material entry (/MAT) defined in the Starter input file with mat_ID = 1 will be converted into OptiStruct MAT1 entry, as shown below.
