Syntax	*TextColor(color)
Arguments	Name	Description
	color	A number from 0 to 63 representing the 64 colors in the palette.
Example	*TextColor(13)
Application	HyperView.
Context	BeginTensor() BeginVector()
Comments	The colors on the palette are numbered from left to right, top to bottom beginning with 0.
