Exporting BOMs

To export BOM files from HyperMesh:

1.	From the menu bar, click File > Export > BOM. The Import tab opens.

2.	Select a File type to export.

3.	In the File field, specify a location and file name.

4.	Under Export options, define advance export options.

•	Prompt before overwrite. Prompts you if the specified file name already exists and will be overwritten.

•	Save Monolithic HyperMesh Binary File. Saves a HyperMesh binary file that contains the model hierarchy and the currently loaded representations, and attaches a representation to the top level Part Assembly.

5.	Click Export.
