The Samcef interface enables you to :
| • | Specify linear analysis (module ASEF) |
| • | Specify a linear, nonlinear static analysis |
| • | Read and write a .dat file |
| • | Preview and edit Samcef cards |
In addition:
| • | Samcef .sdb files are not supported |
| • | Warnings and error messages are written to a file named samcef.msg. Unrecognized lines are written to a *.hmx file. These files are created in the same directory from where HyperMesh is launched. |

| • | Entity Set (.SEL NOE, .SEL MAI) |
