Highlights

HF Director has been introduced in this release to complement the existing User process and Auto process with a simplified interface to setup incremental forming model from CAD for RADIOSS interface. It allows you to setup a model for single stage and multistage forming of the standard or user defined process with minimal user interactions.

Support for modeling progressive die forming with option to translate the blanks between the stages.

Option to define constraints on the blank in addition to symmetry.

The HTML report has been enhanced with following new options:

•A summary page containing nesting results for all the parts submitted for batch nesting.
•Report for individual parts updated with new layout and additional information including
-Draw direction
-Formability results : % thinning and FLD

Export of nested shape, fitted shapes as a .iges file
