Highlights

Unit scaling for RADIOSS T01 files supports now the Unit Profile dialog, similar to LS-DYNA result files. For multiple interfaces the readers have been updated to support new result types and a new DATX reader has been added. The performance for large tables in TableView has been significantly improved.

hmtoggle_arrow1Unit Scaling

The Unit Profile dialog will always be displayed while reading Dyna files when Unit Scaling is turned on.

RADIOSS T01 files are also supported with units when Unit Scaling is turned on. You will have to identify the unit system in the Units Profile dialog.

hg_14_130_01

Unit scaling can be disabled permanently via the preference file in a manner in which it cannot be re-enabled graphically.

hmtoggle_arrow1PCH Reader

To improve customization, the PCH file reader has been updated to extract the subcase ID list similar to the subcase ID list provided by the animation result reader. In addition, the support for acoustic velocity and pressure results have also been added.

hmtoggle_arrow1Templex Licensing

The Templex unit draw is reduced from 6 units to 0 units. However, it will still check for availability of a license.

hmtoggle_arrow1PamCrash Support

ERF support for PamCrash 2015 has been added. In addition, the channel information (Types, Requests and Components) in the Build Plots panel will be grouped to allow a quicker channel selection. HyperGraph is now able to read gzipped THP.gz files.

hmtoggle_arrow1New DATX Reader

A new reader to read curves from DSPCon DATX files has been added.

hmtoggle_arrow1Curve Export Improvements

The export of curves assigned to axes scaled with db10 or db20 now provides the option to export either the original curve values or the scaled curve values displayed on the axis.

hmtoggle_arrow1Filter Enhancements

Support of CFC 600 and CFC 1000 has been added to the ISO 6487 filter function.

hmtoggle_arrow1TableView

The performance in TableView for larger tables has been significantly improved. This effects sessions and reports when conditional formatting was used on many cells with multiple rules. In addition, range syntax support for conditional formatting rules has been introduced.

hmtoggle_arrow1Vehicle Safety Tools

In the Vehicle Safety Tools menu, Pedestrian Impact and FMVSS201_ECE-R21 will be exposed only when Unit Scaling is turned on. The reason for this change is that all the HIC calculations are now automatically scaled instead of using a manual approach.

hmtoggle_arrow1Resolved Issues
The time channel handling for ISO test files using report templates has been improved. The manual editing of the report templates is no longer required.
Some report template crashes that were associated with the introduction of unit master measures for MediaView in 14.0.110 have been fixed.
A PSD function bug which incorrectly scaled amplitudes has been corrected.
In the previous 14.0 versions of MediaView, multiple notes couldn’t be accessed and they were repositioned while loading report templates or session files. This issue has been fixed.
For some report templates, the manual scaling of curves using scale factors in math expressions after applying the report template were causing HyperGraph to freeze. This issue was LINUX specific and has been resolved.
The labeling of Y-components for Non Structural Displacement reading OS PCH files has been different in previous 14.0.xxx versions (FX, FY, …) compared to 13.0 (X-Trans, Y-Trans, ….). In this release, the 13.0 labeling has been reinstated. The sessions and reports created in previous 14.0.xxx versions will be supported.
If cells in the TableView client of 14.0.110/120 contain complex Templex math expressions, it was noticed that after saving and reimporting a session file, some cell values were missing. This issue has been resolved.
Copying and pasting of curves on LINUX either in the plot browser or the define curves panel could fail if the plot contains datum lines. This issue existed since 13.0 and has been fixed.
Reading PCH files containing eigenvalues from OptiStruct 14.0.210 crashed the PCH reader in HG14.0.110/120. This behavior no longer occurs.
HyperGraph 14.0.130 will read the imaginary part of modal participation data from Nastran generated PCH files correctly. This bug appeared in previous 14.0 versions only if the file contained line numbers.
Reading Dyna smp nodout files failed because of format changes in the nodout file. These changes are supported by the modified nodout reader.
The Tcl API "datafilehandle SetReaderTargetVersion <version>" which failed since HyperGraph 14.0 will now work as expected.
A very rare plot rendering issue which resulted in minor differences between the graphical displayed curve values and the values displayed in notes or coordinate info panel has been fixed.
For HyperGraph plot macros, the missing scroll bars have been added to the curve parameter "Select Curves" window.
In very rare occasions, the lininterp function created some outliers for cross plots based on math expressions. This issue has been fixed.
Reading deforc from DYNA binout files no longer shows force instead of moment as the Y component label for torsional entities.
For OptiStruct optimizations, frequencies can now be read from .out files. Previously, this was only possible for normal modes analysis results.
On Linux, using the scrollbars in the Type, Request and Component pop-up selection GUI closed the GUI. The scrollbars now work as intended.
