Nastran user profile is now separated as MSC Nastran and NX Nastran.

Symbolic substitution is supported as a parameter in MSC Nastran user profile for properties and materials.

New MSC Nastran contacts cards and contact properties of version 2013 are now supported in the MSC Nastran user profile. The following cards have been added:

BCBODY1, BCONECT, BCTABL1, BCONPRG, BCONPRP and BCBDPRP

MSC Nastran Sol 200 cards are supported in MSC Nastran. The following cards have been added:

•The Part Replacement tool is now supported in both MSC and NX Nastran profiles.
•The Box Trim macro was enhanced to support solver specific changes in MSC and NX Nastran profiles.
•New options were added to the Solver option in the Import browser to read ANSA and PATRAN comments. The option is ON by default.
•A new check was added to the Model Checker to identify PSHELL & PSHLN1 referring to different MID’s.
•A new Solver option in the Import browser to import models with ANSA and PATRAN comments; by default, option is ON.
•The Export template and Import reader were enhanced to support long format in entities.

•Support for FEMZIP Nastran result files
•Nastran OP2 result file generated with option PARAM,POST,1 is supported
•Reader enhanced to support Composite Stress from NASTRAN 2012 generated OP2 files

•Support of 1D Element Forces (v) with Corner Data in XDB files
•Support of CSHEAR and CBEAM results as corner data in XDB files
