Describes the surface definition. Has the same behavior as /SURF/SURF; except when a negative ID is used (comment 4).

1.All nodes must belong to a shell element, a brick element or a triangular shell element.
2.A surface cannot be defined using Madymo surfaces.
3.A surface cannot be defined by associating a hyper-ellipsoid and another type of surface.
4.Same option as /SURF/SURF, except in case of negative ID is used. For example:

          /SURF/DSURF/3
