The first checkbox in the Extrusion Wizard is Select Model Units.

Select the suitable units using the Select Model Units dialog. Selecting Mixed for Unit System allows you to select a mixed set of units.

If you are using the Extrusion Wizard to create the mesh, it is recommended that you use millimeters, centimeters, or inches. Using meters is not advised as the meshing tolerance in meters has to be very small.
