Once you have searched for or browsed for the material(s) of interest, they can be seamlessly imported into the HyperMesh session for use in your models and simulations. Before materials can be imported, they must first be retrieved to your workspace. Contents are retrieved to the workspace in order to be modified and also so that they can be imported into your working session. For more information on repositories, workspaces and content lifecycle, see the Lifecycle Operations topic.

To retrieve and import materials:

1.With the material content you want to retrieve, select the Get context menu. The material is retrieved to the current workspace.
