1.Enter text to search on in the Query field.
2.Click Apply Query.

Click Enter to query the library. The simple query will search across all metadata as well as full text for those contents that were indexed when published to the library. Results will be displayed in the Object browser.

1.Click Save Query.
2.Provide a name for the query, and click OK. The query will be saved and displayed in the list of saved queries when the Query drop-down combo box is selected.
