There are many advantages to the way connectors store information. Not only does this local storage allow you to edit the connector definition, it also allows you to review connector details and the quality of the realization. There are a number of tools that can be useful in the review process. Use the connector visualization controls to update the visual appearance of a connector based on its state, thickness (number of layers), style (connector types), or the component in which it is located. In addition, you can use the visualization controls to filter the displayed connectors by various criteria (such as thickness). This filter can then be used store the "displayed" connectors for use in other functions.
The Connector browser contains a list of all of connectors and their definitions, as well as a list of connector links. Use the Quality panel to check the quality of welds created from the connectors. The connector database can also be queried through Tcl functions.
