TETSPLT

<YES or NO>

Default = NO

This parameter can be used to turn on the splitting of all non-design or solid elements to Tetrahedral elements for further usage in 3D printing software (this is performed during the second optimization stage in lattice optimization).

In addition to <filename>_oss_lattice_optimized.fem, the <filename>_oss_lattice_optimized_tetsplt.fem file is also generated. This file can be utilized by 3-Matics for further Additive Layer Manufacturing (ALM) or 3D Printing purposes.

Note:

The <filename>_oss_lattice_optimized_tetsplt.fem file does not contain any loadcase information, and therefore, cannot be used directly for analysis.
