To Start HW Inventory with Options in the Window Prompt

1.Start the window prompt.
2.Type

C:\Altair\hw13.0\hw\tcl\tcl8.5.6\bin\tclsh84.exe C:\Altair\hw13.0\hw\tcl\hw\hwinventory\hw_inventory.tcl  -s path1   -o path2

Where

path1 points to the directory that HW Inventory will scan, recursively.
path2 points to the directory where the report file will reside.
