Configuring the Session Browser

This window opens when you select the Configure Browser option from the Session browser’s context menu.  Use this window to change the entity types, columns, and options that are displayed in the Model browser.

The following tabs contain the available browser configuration options:

Select/change the entity types that are displayed in the Session browser on the Entities tab:

To show all of the entity types, choose the radio button marked Select all entity types.
To select entity types manually, click the Entity types: radio button, and then activate the check boxes next to each desired entity type.  A check mark indicates that the entity type will display in the browser.  You can also use the Select All, Select None, and Select Reverse buttons in this mode.
Note:The Entities tab basically provides the same functionality as the Filter; which allows you to filter windows based on the client type.

Select/change the column types that are displayed in the Session browser on the Columns tab:

To show columns for all of the attributes, choose the radio button marked Select all column types.
To select columns manually, click the Column types: radio button, and then activate the check boxes next to each desired column.  A checkmark indicates that the column will display in the browser.  You can also use the Select All, Select None, and Select Reverse buttons in this mode.

The Options tab allows you to select/change the global options for all browsers:

To show all of the option types, choose the radio button marked Select all option types
To select the option types manually, click the Option types: radio button, and then activate the check boxes next to each desired option.  A check mark indicates that the option type will display in the browser.  You can also use the Select All, Select None, and Select Reverse buttons in this mode.

 

Command Buttons


Once you finish configuring the browser, click one of the command buttons to close the window:

Click OK to keep the new settings and close the window.
Click Cancel to discard the changes (keeping the original settings) and close the window.
