Parameter |
Brief Description |
Value |
---|---|---|
Controls the element conversion method in geometric nonlinear analysis. |
<YES or NO> Default = NO |
|
Controls the conversion of the component, property and material names in geometric nonlinear analysis. |
<YES or NO> Default = NO |
|
Controls the output of animation files (A-File) in geometric nonlinear analysis. |
<YES or NO> Default = NO |
|
Controls the output of restart files (R-File) in geometric nonlinear analysis. |
<YES or NO> Default = NO |
|
Controls whether the geometric nonlinear analysis subcases run automatically after these subcases in bulk format are converted into block format. |
<YES or NO> Default = YES |
|
RBE2RBD |
RBE2 is converted to /RBE2 by default in geometric nonlinear analysis. This parameter can be used to convert RBE2 to /RBODY, instead of /RBE2. |
<YES or NO> Default = NO |
Controls the full projection of 4-node shell elements in NLGEOM implicit analysis. |
<0, 1, 2> Default = 0 in NLGEOM subcase Default = 1 in IMPDYN subcase |
|
Used to specify if small displacement formulation or large displacement formulation is used. |
<0, 1> Default = 0 |
|
Controls the output of the force-deflection curve in geometric nonlinear analysis. |
<YES or NO> Default = NO |
|
XPENTA15 |
Controls the support of the second order PENTA element with 15 nodes in geometric nonlinear analysis. |
<0, 1> Default = 0 |
1. | The parameters defined by RADPRM bulk card are only applied in geometric nonlinear analysis subcases which are defined by ANALYSIS = EXPDYN. It is ignored for all other subcases. |
2. | The parameters NLAFILE, NLRFILE, NLRUN, SH4NRP, SMDISP and SNAPTHRU can also be defined by PARAM bulk card. However, if any of these parameters is defined by both PARAM and RADPRM cards at the same time, PARAM definition is ignored and RADPRM is used. |
