OptiStruct can output HyperMesh binary results file directly when the HyperMesh output format is chosen.

OptiStruct can also output results in the Nastran punch (.pch) and output2 (.op2) formats.  These results can be translated to the HyperMesh results format using the hmnast and hmnasto2 translators, respectively.
